How can I get involved?
Use the Register Here To Have Your Say button to join the QC Hub online community and contribute to consultations that matter to you and your community.
How do I register for the QC Hub and why do I need to?
If this is your first visit to QC Hub, click on Register Here To Have Your Say button and complete the registration form using a valid email address. After submitting, you will have to check your email inbox to verify your registration.
Once you have confirmed your registration, you will need to click 'Log-In' at the top right corner of the page and enter your username and password. If you check ‘Remember Me’ when you log in, the QC Hub will remember your details and keep you logged in. Don’t do this if you are on a public computer.
Registration is required to participate in most activities. Your privacy is protected and you can choose a screen name of your choice to protect your privacy.
Who runs this site?
The Department of Communities, Disability Services Seniors (DCDSS) runs this site to seek your feedback and idieas. DCDSS is the government agency focused on thriving communities, delivering quality, targeted support to improve social wellbeing of people and places.
I can't find my account verification. What should I do?
Sometimes the confirmation email may go into your spam folder or be accidently deleted. Please check these folders. If you still can't find your confirmation instructions please contact us.

How do I update my details?
Sign into the site and then click on your name in the top far right corner.
The dropdown options will show ‘Dashboard’ menu will show 'Update Profile'. Click on 'Update Profile' and update your details.
How can I participate in QC Hub activities?
The best way to become involved is to register on the QC Hub and become a part of our online community. The QC Hub allows you to subscribe to receive updates about projects and what is happening.
How can I make a comment or post my ideas?
The QC Hub gives you the option to participate in surveys, share an idea, lodge a referral, take quick polls, ask questions, or join in discussion forums on projects that interest you. From homepage, find the project you want and click to find out how you can participate. Each project provides different ways for you to contribute.
What happens to my feedback?
The feedback we receive online is provided to teams within Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors. Each of our QC Hub activities provide different forms of community engagement, but all results including submissions or comments online are collated and presented to the decision makers for review and consideration.
Can my comments or submissions remain anonymous?
Some consultations allow anonymous contributions, and this will be stated up front. Most consultations do not allow anonymous contributions because we need to verify that real people are making genuine contributions.
How are online discussions moderated?
The QC Hub provides opportunities for Queenslanders to discuss ideas, ask questions and share opinions. All comments and ideas submitted to the QC Hub will be moderated before they are made public. The most effective way to share your opinion is through constructive contributions. Anything unrelated to the topic, offensive or malicious will be removed.
